Our Beginning

Way ahead of our time, we saw the opportunity to improve the way real estate offices managed their showings. Our platform performed the entire showing process, emailing sellers for approvals and provided a well organized system for confirming showings for brokerages. From taking pen-to-paper messages to a unified online queue for multiple brokerages, Clientime has proven to be the pioneer of Virtual Real Estate front desk solutions since 2005.


While our system had proven to be effective and efficient for over 15 years, we knew we had to evolve with the times. In September of 2020 we upped our technology significantly with the launch of a state of the art platform developed on REACT framework. By the summer of 2021 the system had confirmed over 10,000 showings successfully through valid and vetted TREB emails. Now, we run on the latest technology so that our system runs as smoothly as possible for you and your brokerage.
